Pete Bruno has led MCYF since 1979. He came into that position with the experience of having professionally counseled since 1973. In 1979 Pete began to specialize in marriage and family issues and has professionally spoken on them since 1984. Often called to testify as an expert witness on marriage and family issues, Pr. Bruno has also served several health and consumer service corporations as their staff trainer. Early background experience came from many different fields -- from line crew laborer to university teacher. After completing his formal education, Pete worked as a mental health therapist for 20 years before becoming a full-time minister. He continues to speak on local, regional and national levels as a member of the International Platform Association and Toastmasters International. At present, Peter enjoys serving as a senior pastor at Terry Wesleyan Church and Executive Director of The Family Life Development Center.

Pr. Peter and Corky Bruno lead Marriage Encounters and have taught Couples Classes since 1985. They enjoy a marriage ministry as well as their marriage together. Pete also has a special burden for men and serves as a Promise Keeper Ambassador.

Chair of the Montana Governor's Council on Families, Pete is a Licensed and Ordained Minister and a retired Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience in that field since 1973. He has worked in many different capacities from line crew to law student before coming to the ministry of the Lord in 1983. He now teaches at the local, regional and national levels. He is a member of the International Platform Association and the National Speakers Association.

Corky is a Certified School Teacher who instructs both children and adults. She is well recognized for her abilities using the Building Capable People program and teaching others how to lead classroom and family meetings. Corky has made a life long ministry of teaching both content and relationships. She has served successfully as a wife and a mother since 1976.

Pete is an enthusiastic teacher and consultant/program developer. Even though he has presented on a total of 132 family life and mental health training topics from Abuse to Workaholism, Pr. Bruno specializes in educating on marriage. His personal mission statement is "to make a positive difference in the personal, relationship, and work lives of at least 5000 people each year." As a pastor, Pete achieves this goal from the pulpit, in counseling and through seminars, workshops, and training sessions. He also counsels people over the Internet.

Pr. Bruno is an accomplished speaker, Able Toastmaster, member of the International Platform Association, past member of the National Speakers Association. He has served as an Addictive Diseases Counselor, University Teaching Assistant, Mental Health Center Psychologist V, IHS Clinic Psychometrician, Abuse Victim Treatment Center Director, Batterer Therapist, Sex Offender Therapist, Private Practice Counselor, Clinical Director, Counselor Supervisor and Clinical Consultant.

Pr. Pete is a Master's level professional with degrees from Brown University and Montana State University. He is a Licensed and Ordained Minister, retired Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor and Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
